Our Scope and Purpose
Community Care Behavioral Health is a psychiatric partial care day program licensed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, led by a management team with over 30 years of professional experience in behavioral health.
The program provides a comprehensive array of psychiatric rehabilitation treatment and services that include case management, counseling, group therapy, skills-building groups, co-occurring disorders treatment, and medication monitoring.
Program Goals: To Promote Wellness and Recovery
- Assist individuals in identifying valued community roles and improving re-integration into their communities
- Help each person reach personal, vocational, and educational goals
- Reduce the risk of hospitalization
