Lisa joined Community Care Morris Plains in 2010 and comes with over 20 years experience as a Social Worker. This includes working at State and private inpatient and outpatient hospitals, mental health facilities and schools with children through adults and geriatrics in group, individual and family therapy modalities. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University, attended the New Jersey Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis, is a certified Clinical Supervisor and is a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

In 1999, Nadine Bennett proposed the opening of Community Care Behavioral Health partial care program in Middlesex County, NJ . Nadine has over 30 years of clinical experience in diversified areas of mental health services, including: Partial Hospital, Psychiatric Emergency/Screening Services, Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital, and Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. As a graduate of Kean University with an MA in Psychological Services and a graduate of the Family Institute of New Jersey, Nadine is a frequently invited participant on key statewide committees addressing issues pertaining to community based and institutional systems of care. Nadine is the Co-Chair of The Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) of Middlesex County and also presently serves on the Co-Occurring Task Force, Professional Advisory Committee Alcohol & Drug Agencies (PACADA) and the DHMS sponsored Middlesex County Aging-Out Forum.

Richard has 23 years post grad experience after graduating Regent University with a Masters in Counseling. His managerial experience in human services also includes his role as Director of Treatment for an inpatient substance abuse program in N.J. and as Program Director for a School Based Youth Services Program in N.J.
