Mental Health Care In The Community

Community Care Behavioral Health is committed to the highest possible care for our clients.

 

 

Community Care is dedicated to the goal of keeping our clients stabilized, living in their communities and avoiding hospitalization. We have designed a program that provides much needed diversified services to the mentally and developmentally disabled consumer.

 

The program offers a wide variety of groups, such as:

Each client is interviewed by the Program Director or Program Manager and a detailed history is obtained. The client then begins a two week orientation period where they are introduced to their Case Manager, Program Psychiatrist, CCBH staff, peers, and program schedule.
