Care is dedicated to the goal of keeping our clients stabilized,
living in their communities and avoiding hospitalization. We have
designed a program that provides much needed diversified services to
the mentally and developmentally disabled consumer.

Each client is
interviewed by the Program Director or Program Manager and a detailed
history is obtained. The client then begins a two week orientation
period where they are introduced to their Case Manager, Program
Psychiatrist, CCBH staff, peers, and program schedule.
